General Policy for E-Commerce or In-Store Returns
30 Days To Return
All returns must be made within 30 Days from date of receipt. No returns or exchanges are allowed after 30 Days
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and other charges deemed necessary by LBC Lighting Pro. Any Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Exchanges
Items may be returned for exchange of an equal value or more. However, items to be returned must also meet our “Conditions of Products Being Returned” below. Restocking Fee may be waived for exchanges.
Return Shipping Policy
You may physically return in store or by shipping back the items. If the return is the result of an error by LBC Lighting Pro Store, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. If not, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
When Can I Expect My Refund?
For in store return, your refund will be processed in store and will be credited back to the original method of payment. For returns that are shipped back to us, please allow 2 to 3 working days after receipt of your returns at our facility.
All returns are subject to inspections prior to providing any refunds.
Conditions of Products Being Returned
Products that are returned must be in resalable condition. This includes the following:
- Original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging
- Products are not installed, used, modified, or damaged.
- Contains all hardware, parts, manual and blank warranty card.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective material returns are subject to the manufacturer’s defective, freight, and handling policy. A refund is not always guaranteed.
Custom, Special orders Or Specials
Custom orders and/or special made to order items are not eligible for return and/or exchange.
All sales are also FINAL on any items categorized under these descriptions:
- Clearance or Closeouts
- Volume Discounts
- Projects
- Special deals
Non-Stock Items
Non-stock returns are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and their freight and handling policy. A refund is not guaranteed. Some non-stock items are All Sales Final.
Please note that a valid LBC Lighting Pro receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. LBC Lighting Pro also reserves the right to accepts or refuse returns or exchanges at its own discretion.
